On December 5, 2025, the Group held a grand 10th anniversary dinner in New Delhi, attended by Mr. Gianluca Bonissoni, General Manager of PHC Advisory, along with nearly a hundred distinguished guests from government, business, and partner organizations, all gathering to witness this historic moment.

Over the past decade, DP Group has steadily deepened its presence in India, starting from Pune and gradually expanding to Mumbai. Currently, the Mumbai office is fully operational, and the New Delhi office is set to officially open in the near future. This expansion strengthens its local network to better support cross-border cooperation between India and Europe. As an integral part of the Group's ecosystem, PHC Advisory has consistently supported clients with professional services in tax compliance, cross-border structuring, and business consulting. With the official launch of our operations in India, we will further expand our localized professional service network to provide more in-depth tax and financial solutions for businesses entering India or expanding globally.

During the celebration, the Group officially announced the appointment of Attorney Riccardo Verzella as Head for India and Of Counsel, further enhancing local capabilities. Leveraging the Group's strategic presence in India, PHC Advisory will work closely with the local team to provide more systematic and practical tax, accounting, and business consulting services to multinational and local clients.
