Mr. Hitesh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1995 and his professional activities include Virtual CFO (VCFO) Services, accounting and corporate services to domestic companies and foreign companies having business establishment in India. He has expertise in providing services to foreign companies having business establishment in India and also mid-sized Indian companies, throughout their business lifecycle that includes setting up systems and processes and implementing accounting, payroll, tax and regulatory compliances.
